In keeping with our highly-focused strategy, NEC supports a world-wide network of generator service companies who know our product and how to install it properly. Many other companies employ product representatives or sales agents who have little generator technical knowledge. Instead, each one of our Generator Service Network (GSN) companies must meet rigorous standards of competency in their areas of specialty and for customer support in the repair and upgrade of power generation equipment. Not only do our GSN companies support the installation of our products, but they assist our power company customer base in a wide variety of support services performed in the maintenance upgrade of their generators and accessory equipment.
